Representatives will be in the following locations to talk about the $3.4 billion dollar settlement, the land consolidation Fund, and the Indian education scholarship fund. Date / Time Location
Elouise Cobell, the lead plaintiff in the Indian trust fund lawsuit, will be in Washington and Oregon next week to discuss the $3.4 billion settlement to the case.
On Monday, March 29, Cobell and plaintiffs' attorney Bill Dorris will be at the Northeast Washington Ag & Trade Center in the Northeast Washington Fairgrounds, 317 West Astor Ave., in Colville, Washington, from 1pm to 5pm.
On Tuesday, they will be at the Smith Family Hall Arts and Sciences Center at Heritage University, 3240 Fort Road, in Toppenish, Washington, from 1pm to 5pm.
On Wednesday, Cobell and attorneys Keith Harper and Justin Guilder will be at the Native American Youth & Family Center (NAYA), 5135 NC Columbia Blvd., in Portland, Oregon, from 9am to 1pm.
On Thursday they will be at the Indian Heritage Cafeteria, Wilson Pacific School, 1330 N 90th St, in Seattle, Washington, from 1pm 5o 5 pm.
